Ok first step is we must develop a strategic vision, mission and core values

 Distinction between VISION and MISION

VISION Portrays a company’s aspirations for its future (where we are going)

MISION Purpose and its present business (who we are, what we do and why we are here)

Second step setting objectives….convert VISION and MISSION into specific performance targets..

Third step crafting a strategy to achieve objectives and company vision…

Fourth step executing the strategy…lastly, monitoring developments, evaluating performance and initiating corrective adjustment…

     Okayy…strategic management is ART and formulating to achieve our objectives.

     In management have 3 stages.Firstly, strategy formulation.in this strategy we should have own vision, mision and also SWOT analysis.

     Second stages is strategy implementation which is establish objectives, policies......this strategy also called action stage...

     Third stages is strategy evaluation which is review external and internal factors, measures performance an take corrective actions
